The HOA board has had several concerned homeowners contact us about the condition of the ponds. We hear you and share your concerns. Bottom line, we are retaining a new vendor.
The longer saga: We had to hire a different vendor to attend to the algae in the ponds this year, as the person who was doing it in the past years would not do it any more. Bill Navigato, our board president, contacted the new company and was told that they were going to address the issues. He has contacted the new company several times in the past few weeks, but has not received a reply.
Therefore we are retaining another vendor.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition. Please know your board members volunteered because we care very much for our shared community, but we thank you for letting us know when there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
