Notice of first Fieldstone HOA meeting.
Our board president, Bill Navigato, has scheduled our first Fieldstone Homeowner's board of directors' meeting for January 15, at 6:30 pm at the Savoy Recreational Center. The address is 402 W. Graham Drive, Savoy.
The usual charge for this location is $75 per hour, but Bill was able to negotiate the room room for two hours for a total charge of $50.
At the meeting, we plan to discuss bids for mowing of common areas and perhaps some other issues that we may want to consider, such as other maintenance that we decide. Bill has already contacted potential bidders. If anyone else can provide bids, please try to bring them to the meeting. Keep in mind, this is only for the common areas, owned by the HOA. We will not be responsible for maintaining vacant lots, as they are the responsibility of their respective owners.
