Effective January 2022, the Fieldstone HOA will add a 2% late fee every month that a Fieldstone lot is delinquent. Delinquency starts 30 days after each dues notice. In addition, after 2 years delinquent, the Fieldstone HOA will file a lien on the property and the homeowner will be responsible for all attorney and legal feels.
